To help our neighborhood prepare for emergencies, we found many people did not want to spend a lot of time or money preparing. So, we broke emergency preparedness down into very small steps that only take 5 - 10 minutes a week. We also found low cost options that everyone could afford. Our simple plan may work for your neighborhood too.
